1/4 Beef: you can expect about 75-100 pounds of meat plus organs and bones.

🔸 Steaks: Approximately 3-4 Sirloin Steaks, (2-3) 1 lb. packs of Cube Steaks, 3-4 New York Strip Steaks, 4-6 Rib Eye Steaks, 3-4 Filet Mignons, 1 Skirt Steak, 1 large Flank Steak or about 3 small Flank Steaks (depends on processor), 1 large or 2-3 small Flat Iron Steaks, 1-2 Chuckeye Steaks.

🔸Savory Cuts: Approximately bout 5-6 Roasts, 2-4 packs of stew meat in convenient 1 lb, 2-4 packs of Stir Fry Meat in convenient 1 lb packs, 2-4 Cross Cut Shanks (aka Osso Buco) individually packaged, 1 Brisket and 2-4 Short Ribs.
