This is the initial deposit. Final amount is calculated by the amount of beef you will receive from your animal and will be due just before your beef ships out. 

1/2 Beef: you can expect about 150-200 pounds of meat plus organs and bones.

🔸 Steaks: Approximately 6-8 Sirloin Steaks, (5) 1 lb. packs of Cube Steaks, 7-9 New York Strip Steaks, 8-12 Rib Eye Steaks, 6-8 Filet Mignons, 2 Skirt Steaks, 1-2 large Flank Steaks or about 6 small Flank Steaks (depends on processor), 2 large or 4-6 small Flat Iron Steaks, 2-4 Chuckeye Steaks.
